This is a tool that was developed by a senior loan officer after becoming frustrated with the other search engines available. They were either too expensive, filled with out-of-date information, or only contained a few Wholesale Lenders. In many cases the search engine was for a single Wholesale Lender. It was a problem with no apparent solution. You are looking at his solution; design a search engine that works the way loan officer needs it to. Design a database that is as easy as possible to enter and update without sacrificing accuracy. Offer an inexpensive alternative to those available that was as complete as possible. Almost every item is controlled by a checkbox, so entering a new loan is quick and almost foolproof. There is an area for notes to the loan officer. The loan officers can either search the entire database of wholesale lenders, or restrict their search to their favorite whlesale lenders. They can also have us add one to their favorites to the database if that wholesale lender is not currently enrolled.
