MortgageSearchEngine Membership

There are two membership plans; a Free Plan and a Cheap Plan!

This is no gimmick. The MortgageSearchEngine needs to be used. If it is too expensive, like others on the internet, very few Loan Officers will sign up. Not good for us.

We believe the following:

• Loan Officers need as many Loan Programs as possible
• Wholesale Lenders need as many Loan Officers calling them as possible
• The MortgageSearchEngine needs as much traffic as possible

So, here's how the pricing works.

If you just want to have access to the large database we maintain, with no bother and no additional work on your part, the monthly fee is $19.95.

If you want to use the Mortgage Search Engine free, there are three ways you can do just that.

1. Free Plan #1 - Refer one Loan Officer to us (of course they must sign up) and you don't pay anything for your next month! If you want more free months, just keep referring new Members to us and you can keep on using the engine for free. To take advantage of this plan, you will need a unique Id number that we will provide you.
2. Free Plan #2 - Give us a main page backlink from your site to our site and you won't pay anything for your next month's membership! Once again, we want to keep things simple. We need traffic to our site in order to grow. A front page link from your site (or sites) to ours will help us gain exposure and possibly traffic. There are a couple of conditions to this plan. Please read the page concerning Linking to our site. Want more free months? Just provide us with another link and get another free month.
3. Free Plan #3 - Refer a Wholesale Lender to us (they must sign up and upload their loan programs) and you don't pay anything for your next month! We need as many Lenders to sign up as possible. The more Lenders we have, the more loan programs you have. If you can refer more than one Wholesale Lender, feel free to do so. Each one that signs up gets you 1 Free Month. Of course, if the Lender is already signed up, you don't get credit for bringing them in.
