A Wholesale Mortgage Lender Snapshot

The boom days of the refinance tornado are long since over and now it's back to lending the old-fashioned way. Hard work, a great sales force and some good accounts are required to succeed in the 21st century. The easy money is over leaving us with too many poorly trained loan officers, too many account executives, too many Wholesale Lenders and too few borrowers to go around. Mortgage brokers have popped up everywhere and it will be a while before anyone can see who the survivors will be.

But, it's the survivors that you want to meet isn't it? As a Wholesale Mortgage Lender, a Subprime Wholesale Mortgage Lender or a Hard Money Wholesale Mortgage Lender you know that there are a few Brokers that you can count on for business and many more who will not be in business two years from now. They are overstaffed and poorly trained. Many are struggling already.
