Mortgage Loan Program Search Engine

The Mortgage Search Engine is a searchable database tool for Mortgage Loan Officers.

Wholesale Account Executives and Wholesale Lenders store their primary and niche loan programs in the database. Loan Officers who are members, can then check the database to see if a Wholesale Lender has a Loan Program that matches the Loan Officer's Loan Scenario.

Loan Officers who have signed up to use the Mortgage Search Engine, have the ability to search as often as they need to. There is no limit to the number of searches.

How it works

Wholesale Lenders and Account Executives input the parameters of each Loan Program they have to offer. There are over 100 different parameters for each Loan Program within this database. The input screen is designed to be as simple and quick to use as possible. Each Loan Program is defined by check boxes. If something applies to this loan program, check the box , it's that simple.

Loan Officers who are looking for a program to fit the loan scenario they have to work with, simply check off all items that describe their loan needs. The MortgageSearchEngine then checks all Loan Programs in the database, and returns a list of Programs that match the search criteria. After the Loan Officer locates a program that fits his/her needs, contact information is immediately available for the Wholesale Lender. Phone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses and Lender websites are listed.
